I was reading the February 2012 Book Arts Newsletter (no 71) and it finished with 10 pages of art/craft questions posed by Mike Nicholson as part of The Craft and Art Project 2012 (a collaboration planned with David Jury) and answered by a number of his creative acquaintances. Such things as 'What do you think separates 'art' from 'craft'?'. It was fascinating reading all the views of this obviously pretty varied group - it felt very like a group discussion, and the urge to interrupt and put my own points of view was enormous. And rather ridiculous, obviously. Go download the newsletter (at http://www.bookarts.uwe.ac.uk/banlists.htm) and enjoy arguing with the opinions.

Hi there
I make prints and book arts, though nowhere near as often as I'd like - no good reason, just an inability to get on with things. I occasionally go on about landscape (with which I am mildly obsessed) and various of its elements, and I like to pass comment on exhibitions I visit. Archives
